…Light Wintry Precipitation Possible Late Tonight and Saturday…
A light wintry mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain is possible during the pre dawn hours of Saturday, and on into the day Saturday as a cold front drops south through central Indiana.
This may result in some minor accumulations of snow very late tonight and Saturday, mainly north of a Covington to Tipton line, with some very light icing possible in spots farther south.
A better threat for wintry precipitation, including snow, sleet, and freezing rain, is expected by Saturday night and Sunday.
Travelers during the early morning hours of Saturday and on through the weekend should exercise caution and be alert for slick conditions.
