At 427 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10 miles northeast of New Castle, or 11 miles southeast of Muncie, moving east at 15 mph.
Dime size hail and winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with this storm.
Locations impacted include… Winchester, Union City, Lynn, Mooreland, Mount Summit, Losantville, Modoc, Blountsville, Summit Lake State Park and Prairie Creek Reservoir.
