At 1126 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles southeast of Albany to New Castle. Movement was east at 25 mph.
Nickel size hail and wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph will be possible with these storms.
Locations impacted include… Winchester, Union City, Parker City, Farmland, Lynn, Selma, Ridgeville, Mooreland, Mount Summit, Saratoga, Losantville, Modoc, Blountsville, Summit Lake State Park and Prairie Creek Reservoir.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
